Stoemp?

A delicious potato dish strongly associated with Brussels. Basically, it’s a mash with other vegetables thrown in – often carrots or leeks, but sprouts are also a great choice!

Here at StoempSurprise, we won’t commit to what exactly goes into the mix. Tildie is determined to make it up as she goes along, depending on how inspiration strikes and what’s lurking in the fridge.

Oh – and it’s pronounced ‘stoomp’.
